Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you (or a person you indicate, other than the carrier) receive the goods. If one order arrives in several parcels, they start from the day you receive the last one.
How to return an item
- Tell us within 14 days. Send an email to handvaralab@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. You can use the model form below, but you don’t have to.
- We send you the return address and instructions.
- Send the items back within 14 days of telling us. Pack them carefully, ideally in the original packaging, because handmade pieces can be fragile.
The direct cost of returning the goods is paid by you.
Your refund
We refund the price of the products and the standard delivery cost you paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you agree otherwise, and you will not pay any fee for the refund.
We may wait to refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have shown us proof that you have sent them, whichever happens first.
If you chose a more expensive delivery than our standard one, the extra cost is not refunded. You are responsible for any loss in value of the goods caused by handling them beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will replace it or refund it, and in this case you pay nothing for the return.
