Every Handvara piece ships from Italy, carefully packed by hand.
Where we ship
We ship to Italy and to other European countries, with a focus on Northern Europe (Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway). The countries available are shown at checkout when you enter your address.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination and the size of your order. They are calculated and shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden costs.
Delivery times
Orders are usually prepared and handed to the courier within 1–3 business days. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the destination and the courier. When your order ships, you receive an email with the tracking number.
Countries outside the EU
For deliveries outside the European Union (for example Norway), import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by the destination country. They are paid by the customer on delivery and are not included in our prices.
Damaged parcels
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is visibly damaged, accept it “with reservation” if possible and write to us within 7 days at handvaralab@gmail.com with photos. We will sort it out with you. See also Returns & Withdrawal.
